file directory interface, users can navigate through folders and sub-folders

lists, product data, project updates, presentations, templates and more.
By offering a centralized location for documents accessible 24/7 from
anywhere in the word, the library eliminates the concern of lost documents
and helps build consistency in communications and branding across the
organization. Company administrators control user security access to
the Library by defining access, upload, rename and delete permissions,
each of which can be set independently for individual users or groups.
The administrator can also control which file types are authorized for
upload.
- Browse and Filter for Accounts and Contacts - Two new navigation buttons offer users a shortcut for quickly locating and reviewing specific accounts and contacts in their database. Users can browse a full list, filter by letter or search by company or last name. Whether for sales force automation or marketing campaign design, these contact management and search features an essential tool to help users uncover the information within seconds.
