LeadMaster Releases Version 5.0
ROSWELL, Georgia -- April 06, 2000 -- LeadMaster today announced the launch of a new version of its flagship web-based marketing database application, LeadMaster 5.0. The new release includes a number of new features and enhancements to benefit the sales and marketing forces who rely on LeadMaster to increase profits and build lasting customer relationships. Key enhancements include:
- Faster lead tracking and data management - LeadMaster 5.0's improved data infrastructure pre-loads crucial
data tables, resulting in faster response times for searches, profile
edits and lead additions.
- More robust searches and custom reporting - an improved report
filter feature enables LeadMaster 5.0 users to generate customized call
back, lead aging and forecast reports based on user-defined reporting
conditions. Users can also sort query results by campaign and view more
search results per page. In addition, default search parameters have
been added to sort query results by the date entered (descending) and
the company name (ascending).
- Quicker access to key customer data - with LeadMaster 5.0, users can
view Lead Highlights on the main screen of the Lead Profile and Sales
Update, providing instant access to lead highlights and campaign survey
responses. In addition, the revised Search Results screen now provides
users with more data, including a Web icon to launch the customer's
website in a new browser window, and fields for date entered and campaign
name.
Extended security features - system administrators for LeadMaster 5.0 are now able to define user access privileges by 3-digit zip code, so that field reps and business partners see only those records within their territory in a particular US state. Administrators can also build customized security templates, allowing them to quickly select new user privileges from seven predefined security levels.
- More efficient navigation - the LeadMaster 5.0 Profile screen now features backward and forward navigation capability. Users can browse records one by one without having to return to the Search Results screen.
