To Reset Login Pop-up

If you have previously installed the CRM Add-ins under one LeadMaster Username and no longer wish to use that LeadMaster Username account, for the CRM Add-ins to log in with, follow the steps below to wipe out the previous login information.  This will cause the Login Pop-up to appear requesting new login information.  Note that uninstalling/reinstalling won't change anything because the information about the logon account is stored in the mailbox itself.

 

  1. Save this file > resetlogon.reg.txt to your local disk.  DO NOT OPEN this file!
  2. Open your Explorer and browse to the above saved file.  Right click on the file name and select rename. Rename to resetlogon.reg
  3. Right-click resetlogon.reg and select Merge
  4. You'll get a prompt from the Registry Editor asking if you want to add the information from that file to the registry - answer Yes.
  5. If you then see a second popup from the Registry Editor saying the information was added - click OK
  6. The next time you start Outlook you should see a prompt from the Email Histrory add-in asking for your logon.
