How To Set Up Multiple Outlook Profiles
If you have multiple workgroups that you want to use the add-ins with you will need to set up different Outlook Profiles for each different email address. Instructions below:
- Create username1 that has access to workgroup1 and that has an email address of user1@blah.com
- Install the CRM Add-ins in your primary Outlook profile (this is the first profile Outlook sets up when you first install and begin using it).
- Follow standard setup listed on the previous page.
- For a second logon create a username2 that has access to workgroup2 and that has a different email address than your first one above. ex. user2@blah.com
- Create a new profile, for this second logon/email, in Outlook. Open Outlook Help and search for "Profiles" this is will give you the specfic instructions for creating a second Profile for your system.
- Once you have your second profile set up, again open Outlook Help and search for Profiles. You can then either choose to read how to configure Outlook to prompt you for the profile you want when it starts or you can read how to switch to another Outlook e-mail profile.
