Using Power-Call for a Call Center

Setting up a LeadMaster Power-Call campaign takes just 3 steps:
1. Name your campaign
2. Find the list of people you want to call using the LeadMaster search engine
3. Select the phone reps you want to do the calling for the campaign
Step 1
Give your campaign a name by filling out the blank space provided.
Step 2
Find the list of people you want in your call campaign, using the LeadMaster search function.

Clicking on Select target Audience takes you to the LeadMaster search engine, where you can chose from a variety of criteria sorted by demographic, Assignment, CRM Management, Sales Opportunity Search, Sort Preference, and Search Results View Preference. The screen shot below displays the list of demographic criteria, including Parent Company, Company, F Name, L Name, Title, City, Zip, etc.
You can further narrow the search by selecting a the ‘Calling only contacts who have not opted out of receiving calls’ or ‘Include Additional Contact(s)’ option.
Step 3
Select the callers for the campaign. Click Submit. Your cloud call center is ready to go.
All of the people you selected to participate in the calling campaign will have a Call Campaigns link added on their home page. When your reps are ready to begin calling, they simply click Call on the LeadMaster home page and their phones automatically begin ringing.
