It’s November and LeadMaster is gearing up for the holiday season! We’re looking forward to Thanksgiving and hope you have an enjoyable holiday.

In this month's newsletter we’re happy to introduce you to a new LeadMaster product, Lead-Xpress.

In the past year, LeadMaster research revealed an oversight in the lead management industry. For businesses that simply want to distribute leads and have the sales team update the lead status in the CRM there wasn't an affordable solution, short of purchasing a full CRM license for each sales rep.

Of course, until now, providing system access to each and every manufacturers rep, distributor, business partner or independent agent had been far too expensive – especially for those who only use the system for receiving and updating leads.

So LeadMaster came up with Lead-Xpress – the absolutely simple sales lead management solution. You may have seen snippets about Lead-Xpress in our most recent press release or white paper. But if you’re unclear about what it is or how it works, here’s the basic rundown.

What is Lead-Xpress?
Lead-Xpress is a revolutionary new sales lead management software solution available at the industry’s lowest prices ever.

Sales reps who use the lead management CRM system solely for receiving and updating leads can now access those exact features via Lead-Xpress at pennies to the dollar.

How does it work?
LeadMaster users with the right privileges can assign leads to Lead-Xpress users. Once assigned a new lead, these “Xpress users” receive an email that contains all the pertinent information about the lead.  The email also provides access to update the CRM on the lead’s status - recipients can update leads directly from the email or from a hyperlinked web form.  Clicking submit on the email or web form updates the CRM.  Sounds easy doesn't it?  That's because it is.  The form is flexible enough to be customized for any industry.  Reps can update leads by clicking on a checkbox or a pull down menu.  Fast & easy.

How much does it cost?
Lead-Xpress allows users to choose which pricing plan is most suitable for their business model. If you provide leads to the same team of sales reps, you can get monthly Lead-Xpress subscriptions for $10 or less per user. But if your business model has leads going to a wide number of recipients with very few going to the same person twice, you can provide access at $2 or less per outgoing lead!

For example, suppose you run an insurance company or a real estate brokerage and you work with the same agents all the time.  You'll want to choose the monthly subscription option.  On the other hand, suppose that you work with independent agents such as manufacturers reps and you provide them with leads.  Each agent may only get a handful of leads in a year.  In that situation the per lead option would be more cost effective.

What are Lead-Xpress’ Major Benefits?
Lead-Xpress is available at the lowest prices in the industry. So companies can easily provide basic system access to others, or can charge Xpress users for such access.

What’s more, any other CRM available at such low prices tones down crucial features, like workflow automation, sales analytics and lead nurturing. However, with Lead-Xpress, you get those features and more while drastically reducing costs for your CRM.

With the fast and easy update, your sales reps will more readily use the system and update their leads. And with internet-enabled mobile phone compatibility, Xpress users can update the system immediately after a sales call.  In fact, they can update the lead as many times is necessary, just save the link and they can update the lead as long as they are an authorized user.
