Integration With Microsoft Outlook
If you use Microsoft Outlook, the LeadMaster on-demand customer relationship management (CRM) system provides a number of ways to integrate your CRM data with Outlook and vice-versa. You can easily synchronize contacts and calendar items between Outlook and LeadMaster, either on a regular schedule that you set or on request. That way, you can keep your contact data and schedule current in both places.
In addition, LeadMaster enables you to log emails that you send and receive via Microsoft Outlook in your online LeadMaster database if you prefer to continue to use Outlook as your primary front-office system for managing your emails. Emails you choose to log are automatically attached to the appropriate record in Leadmaster. If no match is found, you can choose to either have the emails sent to your online filing cabinet so that you can review them later, or automatically create a new contact record.
